Return and Exchange Policy
Returns:
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee for those who are not completely satisfied with their purchase from HisCollections Merchandiser. You must contact HisCollections Merchandiser by telephone or email (info@HisCollections.com) within 30 days from the delivery date in order to be eligible for a return. If the merchandise was damaged when you received it, you will receive a complete refund and you will NOT be charged for return shipping.
If the merchandise was not damaged upon receipt it must be returned in perfect resale condition. You will receive a refund of the purchase price but you will be responsible for return shipping.
For your protection, it is a good idea to insure the item you are returning along with a return receipt requested.

Exchanges:
You may exchange an item within 30 days of delivery. You will be credited or charged the difference in price plus the additional shipping charge for the new item you purchased.

Cancellations:
If you cancel your order before it is shipped you will be credited for the full amount, however, if you cancel your order after the item has been shipped it will be treated as a 'return' (see return policy above).
